weekday trailriding guidance wanted.

I have just bought a Dakar and am looking for someone to show me some gentle north east trails and give some guidance to a newbie. So if anyone is heading out for some very gentle green laning during the week and would like to introduce me to some of the the north east rides or just give me some pointers as to which direction to go in ( all responeses accepted ) please get in touch.

I am newcastle based so am thinking north of the tyne.

Ditto with an ankle injury but post Christmas would be interested in exploring N Yorks if you arrange anything. Could also reciprocate with Northumberland trails.
