Weekend Run 13-14-15 May

Ok so who's interested in a run say weekend 13-14-15 May, it'll be a good mileage.

Back roads to Bala - Nant-y-moch - Elan valley etc.

If there's enough we can book accomodation otherwise its just a Sat or Sun run.

Speak-up don't be shy.

Humvee is checking on the Castle Inn Bunk house.

I was just getting a pass for an early June 4th, weekend and was about to post then saw this
Can't do the 19th Weekend (my B'day aswell ) going on a family do, and the weekend of the 15th could also be dodgy, sister is 50 on the 16th. I will keep an eye on it just incase, I taking it we will be camping, I know Steve is getting on a bit and the cold might get to his bones

Of course if your Wife errr... hectic social life permits you the time to attend you can bring a tent if you like-might not be a bad idea actually and you know you can use the "facilities" and enjoy a quiet night's kip

Rob, dates are subject to change, see posts 3 & 4, I will speak to the landlord and see what availability he has and report back, just how "little" is this campervan of yours? Post up a pic

Hello all, I spoke to the proprioters at The Castle Inn today, they have availabilty for both dates we have discussed, they have a 6, 10, or 12 person bunkhouse available at the moment, they want a £50 non refundable deposit to secure exclusive use of either of these rooms, I have provisionally reserved the 12 person room for the weekend of 13th,14th &15th May.
Let's see how much interest we get on this thread before committing to a room, if there's enough interest I will phone the Castle Inn back and cover the deposit
Perhaps PW could change the dates in the thread title

p.s. Any clash with existing events is beyond my control, PW assures me he will clear it with the boss

I may be able to wangle this. Put me down as a very possible. Defo for the Friday but a quick escape may be required Saturday afternoon on the bike ride . All resting on BIG Sis's 50th party. Just tried to convince her that a Sunday afternoon Barbie would be best

I'm now a definite maybe, reason being I start a 12hr night shift on that Sunday night whereas the 20-22 was in the middle of my 'off period'. Still interested though

Can't do the tosser "Love In" In the bunkhouse, but would be up for a run on either Sat or Sun. I could ride up to meet you all before you set off in the morning, Dan may come along too.

The smallest bunkhouse available at The Castle is a 6 person, we don't have that many committed yet so unless we get a minimum of 6 I am not prepared to pay a £50 deposit to reserve the room, I will leave things as they stand for now if there is any interest add your name to this thread.
