Remove the following:-

- Spoked Wheels, change for alloy wheels
- Wheels TPMS sensors
- Exhaust headers & Cat, change for titanium & remove servo motor
- Exhaust back box, change for titanium
- Crash Bars & spot lights
- Rear Luggage Rack & Rails, replace with GS plastic tray
- Pillion Foot Pegs
- Centre stand, just use side stand
- Skid Plate & fixings
- Front ESA shock and rear ESA shock, replace with manual Ohlins
- Rear Mudguard
- Battery, replace with Lithium
- Handle bars, replace with Renthal bars
- Hand Guards

There was some talk about this across the pond. Two different bikes but should provide some good ideas.

Off the top of my head, Battery and Exhaust and crash bars will save the most and then after that you are just playing with fractions
