Had a recall on my 2002 1150 for the fuel pipe connectors. At the same time changed my lower fork yokes as it had peeled badly.
And then they let me have a 1200GS for the day!! [not for me I'm afraid though the engine is a fantastic improvement - RAPID from 5k and what a light throttle].
Nice one and a special thanks to Matthew the after sales manager.

I have a 2002 1150 but haven't received a recall.

Dave I saw something about 2002 recalls for the fuel line connectors. N.Oxford contacted me before I could contact them. I would advise contacting your dealer and asking about it - it is free!

I contacted SLM. They told me that there was a recall for my bike, but no-one had contacted me! It's booked in for next month.

think this only get`s flagged up when bike booked in for something else. i had a new tyre sat... it`s now in for fuel pipe inspection this sat. 2004 R1150 GS ADV. nick

I had the same recall on a 2003 from NOG so it sounds like they are on the ball. Cant remember the details but there were 2 mods carried out, fuel connector and reposition lead to something or other. They did it all in about half an hour or so while I sipped coffee and nearly bought a car, what with the showroom being shared by cars and bikes.
