SPC have once again come up trumps with their attitude. My bike (bought last October) developed another fault under warranty (see Technical thread) and SPC again sent the van to collect (260 mile round trip), repaired it and delivered it back to my home. No whinging, moaning or threats needed from me, and their van-driver (Neil) is a star.

Good crew, one and all, they will get my business again!
