I've had a K100RS for a few years now, it belonged to a fellow called Billy from up in Ballysillan in Belfast
What a gent, We did a deal and I wondered Why I hadn't heard from him but Billy was diagnosed with Cancer and sadly he passed away earlier this year
I pulled Bessie out of the garage last Thursday and turned the key she hasn't been out for a Lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng time like since at least July 07 so I started her and she ran sweet Half laughin to myself I went in and checked for a test online (N Ireland MOT Tests are government operations!)
So anyway Bessie fired up and I half heartedly started tapping in her details and up came a date of Thursday the 28th August at Four o'clock in Mallusk!!! I said what the Heck? and booked it!
So I checked everything and apart from a seized Horn (which I changed) She flew thru test!!!
We used Bessie to go down to the Orchard County MCC 1st Rotten Apple Rally in Lurgan on Saturday night just passed
I've done a couple of hundred miles now and it's like having an Airhead in the garage
Not a Bad wee Scoot for 92,000 miles like everything it needs TLC and I think I'll make some time for it now as Big Red is misbehavin and costing me more money than I want to throw at it Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
