Ive been having a problem with intermittent warning lights and as per a previous thread I went to Jeffries who indicated there were spurious errors but no specific faults other than a suggested lvery slightly low output from the battery.
It started again this Saturday but has worsened, to the point that when I turn on the ignition, the BMW logo doesnt come up and all that shows is the time and distance to needing fuel. The bike starts fine but the servo doesnt work ie I had to ride home the other day without servo. There are warning lights flashing like buggery all the time too.
I did wash the bike on Friday, which leads me to thinking its an issue to do with that, plus Ive just swapped the battery with my R1200s and there's no improvement / change.
Has anyone else had this or similar issues please? I'm hoping it's a dodgy connection and will have a good look over the bike tomorrow, plus speak with Jeffries again. I need to get it right, as I've just put the bike up for sale and wont sell it until the fault is rectified.
Any info / advice appreciated.
Cheers

Ive had the panel;s off and checked numerous connections, to no avail.
By accidentthis afternoon Ive found that on full left lock, the servo strats and the bike goes through its startup sequence. Ive stripped the left hand switch where the abs button resides but cant see anything obvious.

Starting to get a bit fed up with it now!

Full left must mean the wires on the right are somehow being pulled/under stress.
Turn hard left again and check for stressed/taught wires on the right side or wires wrapped around the ignition area.
