wet cold and pissed off

Yep

I commute to work (most days) to Derby. Really must get some winter gloves and stop relying on heated grips.

Winter riding, Muffs are a must. I use the Tucano Hand grip Covers and wear my summer gloves all year....

The model numbe is R319, Contact 020 8835 0222 (It was a Jackie Collins last year) I paid £43 inc P&P.

Every weekend almost without fail - don't you?

Have a look at the website below and meet up wih some of us when you get out.

Had a cracking breakie at Monyash last weekend after 2 weeks of bagels in US!

We're running a GS rideout round the Peaks tomorrow - and it looks as though it might be a tad wet - should keep the roads quieter. Having said that the roads we ride don't get busy anyway.

That's us - what about you?

Sherpa ;)

Nice cool and damp commute over from Manchester to Nottingham at 6 this morning.
Think heated grips are going on my xmas list.

comute to work everyday, early morning and late nights.
Get some oxford grips, cheap and cheerful and bloody hot on top setting, ouch

I'm also based in Derbyshire and a few of us (not all BMW) ride out most Saturdays but not always Peak District.
Classic example last weekend, decided against PD and went for a few hours around The Lincolnshire Wolds, Cadwell Park and the like. Fantastic biking roads and a good alternative to the Peak which can be quite hostile this time of year as you probably know well enough.

Turned out to be a good decision as it happens as there were reports in the local press of a spate of accidents last Saturday due to black ice (even BMW's aren't much good on that stuff ) and most of the roads named would be the same ones we would have been on.

Always happy for company if you're interested and don't mind riding with non BMW.

Every day...apart from when I try to change tyres in the dark and lose stuff...mumble mumble...still if I get a dry evening this week will be able to finish it and get back on the bike again :)
