Weymouth Parking during the Olympics

We are staying at a B & B by The Espaland Weymouth, which has'nt got much Car Parking, any suggestions where it is safest to leave my car for a few days in August, while the Olympic Sailing is on ?

Anywhere under a cliff face along the Jurassic coast will be safe from people at the moment.

I don't think I'd leave my car behind the Esplanade at night. That's the Park District and can get a bit wild westish on a Saturay night. There are plenty of leafy suburb areas further out which are safe enough but parking is at a premium around the harbour/beach. Can the B and B not help with a suggestion? If not, pm me and I'll give you a couple of road suggestions to put in your satnav.
