What adhesive for starter magnets

Evening All,
One of the magnets has come away from the casing in my starter motor. The magnet itself is slightly damaged but should be ok. What adhesive do I need to get it and keep it stuck in place?

quite a comon problem. I dont know of any fix or anyone who bothers. There are a couple of options. 1/ buy a new one.
2/get yours fixed
3/I have heard that some pougeot citeron ones will work
4/Motorworks do a bosch one with a beacket to fit.
5/ you can get a nippon-denso one for a very dear price.
6/ thake the advice from the next posts.

Have a look at the spec sheets and work oout what you think might be best: I'm busy .

"I used high temperature epoxy to bond the magnet to the motor housing after the first failure. This lasted four years until the magnet separated from the motor housing again. There are other dedicated products such as Loctite 325 SpeedBonder / Loctite 707 Activator. This product is advertised to "bond magnets on motors designed for extreme environments", withstands a temperature of up to 325 degrees F and has a gap fill capability to 0.040". J-B Weld is another possibility. I can't comment on the latter two products since I haven't had the chance to test them."
