Reliving bike trips whilst sat at my desk....
I have an R1150GS. I have a baglux cover and I have a 11ltr-ish Shibuya tank bag. Great on big flat tanks, not so great on big curvy tanks like the GS. I find that the edge digs into my belly (admittedly said belly could do with shrinking).

Any other baglux bags out there that people find comfortable?

The Alpha may be an option and allegedly there is a bag called the D-Zega ( :nenau ) that is designed for traily type tanks. Ring a bell?

Any experience with these?

I bought a black Alpha when I had a yellow bike in 1996. It's been used on a black bike and my current mandarin 1150. If I change bikes I just buy the tank bra to suit.

It seems to fit all bikes well because of the adjustable webbing straps at the front. There's plenty of space on top of the 1150 tank for it. Refuelling is simple because of the webbing straps: you just unclip the rear and flop it over onto the handlebars. Comes with a rain cover and a handy pocket for sunglasses, toll tickets etc. Expands to a massive and impractical size so I just leave it as standard. The map pocket is big enough to take a Michelin map folded so you get a decent section to view.
