Started making the molds today, started with the top box. Used some old wood I had left around. From this:

To this, bet you impressed, eh! I have a load of screw holes to body fill on the inside, the mold is made so that it will basically all unscrew so that I can get the fibreglass top box out. Acouple of other things to do to it and the it is ready to glass over.

Looks a bit like a bee hive, more than a top box mold - good job it looks alright on the inside

Nice job - at least nobody'll have anything the same as that.

Are you sure its not too tall for a top box - or there some trimming going to be involved ?

Good shed, well done.

For info the topbox comes out the inside, all the firbreglass goes on the inside after the gell cota. It'll measure 14" across the base and 12" high, just big enough to get a helmet in.

Its the inside that actually counts, built in reverse so to speak.

regarding that giant topbox Enabb....did you chop up the neighbours shed to finish yours off ¿¿¿¿¿

it appears not to be in photo#3....it`s like a `spot the 10 differences` game....can anyone spot the other 9 ¿¿¿¿

good luck.
