What do i need

I am sure it has been covered before but i get confused with loads of part numbers. so what do i need for autocom bike to bike:

Me: sat nav(on PDA) which has a 3.5mm output
decent radio (not sure what to get)
Phone with mp3 built in Sony Ericsson
Flip Helmet

Wife: Decent Radio (As Above)
Phone (as above)
Full face helmet
