I stand to be corrected...(Mutley?) but its either not a '75 or it's got a modded/different engine for starters.....you might want to get some more details..include what model it started life as and what's been modded over the years... plus I have no idea what bike prices are like in Serbia.......

There's definitely something very strange around the gear box area. It appears to be a Heinz 57 variety bike to me, there's so many different cycle parts I lost count. It's cheap for a good reason, it's probably not a good investment. £2k more buys a shabby but decent one here with no legal hassles.
