What do you reckon?

That's a low one compared to the one my Dad bought. His came with a loading ramp, but given the slope up to the garage and then the ramp continued at as steep an angle, it was best to have two people to get the bike up on the ramp. I used it myself to assemble the rolling chassis on my Ginetta... so it came in handy for something

What sort of height will it be when it's collapsed?

My first one was like that.
It stood 6" off the ground when fully down..
They use a £11.50 trolley jack as a power unit :)
BUT It was perfect till my knees and left hip started to wear out and deteriorate.
Ideal first lift IF you can use a longish ramp and have a couple of old scaffold boards nailed together along the side to stand on { if you're a shortarse like me ]

Good if your going to have the bike up in the air for a long while. But crap if your an "up and down" man a few times a day.

Might seem a petty observation, but the novelty soon wears off using a trolley jack, locking the ramp, unlocking the ramp, lifting it a bit, locking the ramp, etc etc etc .
