I'm looking at buying a Zumo 550 & I've found a supplier with over 30 units in stock described as 'newly overhauled' with a 12 month warranty for £349.99

What does 'Newly Overhauled' mean?

The seller's description: (& his spelling)
Newely Overauled (NOH) To 2008 Version 10 Maps

Can I assume these are brand new units & not pre-owned?
