What is this mysterious object ??

I`ve been sorting a few things in my garage,and found this mystery object.
I can`t remember buying it especially,so it must have been in a job lot of parts I acquired.


Any idea what it is ??

It looks like something from TouraRipoff...it`s obviously some kind of bracket.
There`s a special nylon type curved mounting on one side....

Its a bracket and 3 cable ties in a plastic bag.

Looks a bit like the TT 1150 hardpart that protects the front brake lines. Seem to remember that its part of the telelever hardpart kit. Could be wrong though
