what no....Alaskan Butt Pad

Guys

I see some of you have recieved Butt Pads in 3 days, i am now on my 14th day of waiting and still no sign, anybody else had this, or have customs got hold of it and now can sit in comfort while eating dognuts and drinking coffee?

Does it turn up by Royal Mail or is it a Courier.

I need my comfort....i need my butt pad.

Oh and the money has gone off my credit card.

Argh!

Yep 2 weeks since I ordered mine also. I thought it was because I had not paid yet ?? Not paying until it arrives either. Think I will drop Barb a line and enquire.

I dropped Barb an email about a week ago and she didn't reply.

Unfortunalty i have paid, interesting that she is working on trust, so you get one, then pay...first time i have heard of that.

I telephone ordered mine on Monday 17th May. I was told that Barb was away until Thurs 20th, so thats probably why she wasn't able to reply to e-mail's.

I've got an 800 mile trip to do this weekend so I'm really hoping mine arrives by Friday. I'll telephone again tonight (2p minute to Alaska through one-tel)

I'll see if I can get an update on delivery times.

Yes they do take a while to turn up at your local sorting office and you'd better take some cash as well as your ID !!

Got mine today.

Ordered mine on the 7th of May, arrived on Saturday. I had to pay £9.92 import VAT, when I went to collect it today from the post office.

Fits the bike a treat.

mine came in 4 days, postman delivered it, haven't paid any duty, that was 2 months ago so looks like i got away with it.

Spoke to Barb at Alaska Leather tonight and she's asked if anyones sent an e-mail with no reply to re-send it.

She was away for a few days and her inbox somehow deleted a couple of day's e-mails.

She's a good lady and is very keen to sort out any problems.

Mine arrived within about 10 days with a little note on the invoice to say that they had some problems with my credit card but that they sent it anyway and please would I get in touch to arrange payment - That's trust!! It turned out a digit had just been misread on the card.

I couldn't escape the inevitable import duty and handling charges at £13 though !!

Mine took a tad over two weeks to arrive but as others have said, Barb is great to deal with and I wouldn't worry.........It'll turn up.

I paid £8.50 tax i think....odd the different amounts isn't it!!

Sick of waiting so made my own. Dennis kindly obtained a sheepskin for me and I just gave it a trim, bit of short back and sides and added a bit of elastic. Robert is my mams brother.
