Hi there, I'm new to this. Does anyone have any sugestions for suitable touring screens for a 6 footer on a new GS1200. I'm off to Scotland in August and am going to have to put in some motorway miles and I find the standard screen a bit windy/noisey?

Try coating the standard screen in an approved 10W40 - that normally helps :-)

Theres any amount of solutions for this, from cut down standard screens to enough plastic in front of you that you might as well carry a double glazed window on a windy day.
Personally I`ve got an MRA touring screen with Tobinators to allow the screen to be on the highest standard adjustment but raked back :thumb

Mines the same as Coockie monsters on this thread http://www.ukgser.com/forums/showthread.php?t=68954&highlight=touring+screen

I have the Wunderlich Ergo-Comfort screen with the TT screen support, and also the Adv winglets. I'm 184cm, using the standard seat in the lowest position, I experience very little windnoise and almost no buffeting of my helmet. I find that it's comfortable to ride with the visor open up to 90-100 kph.
