What should these be holding.

Me new to me GS has these 2 holders bolted to the rear of the panniers.

This is presumably for a small fuel/water bottle

No idea on this one,any pointers please.
Will be wrapping said panniers,so these may well end up in the bin.

Touratech fuel bottle holder… Not necessarily made by Touratech but it should hold one of their fuel bottles:

No idea,as i say,on the bike when I bought it last week.Just the holders,no bottles or whatever else was supposed to be attached.

Might pay a little towards the cost of wrapping the panniers.
