Arsey, Camping!!!I’ve got a couple of soft luggage options that will fit those racks, both are made by Wolfman.
Smaller ones hold enough for hotel touring and I think these were called Rocky Mountains or something similar:

And for bigger trips requiring camping kit etc. there are these (which I think are Expedition ones but can’t remember)

Both attach to the frames but also have straps that connect them together (under the seat) for extra security. They also have waterproof inner bags.
No idea if Wolfman still make them, but if this is the sort of thing your mate is after then let me know and I’ll dig out proper specs and find out if they are still available.
Ta.Mosko Moto Backcountry on Touratech Zega racks. I have used them on the same racks in the picture above for years. As long as there is no step in the rack on the exhaust side (unlike the ones on the 1200 Adventure version) then you don't need the adaptor.
Very quick on and off, ultra tough, but people will whine about the price on here.
No room in the garage. It’s full of Wing…Ta.
Seen a cheapish 1150GSA with 20k miles but don’t think I’ll go for it
