What spark plugs do i need?

Hi All.

I have a 2005 GSA SE and need to get some spark plugs but everywhere i try offers different options and different set-ups.

I have no idea what i have on my SE?!

Twin spark? 14mm? 12mm? The options go on and on everywhere i look.

So twin spark is twin plugs?

I thought it was only Alfa Romeo that did that
