what to stick it with?

Hello All
there is a thin rubber seal that fits around the key hole on the inside of the filler cap on my 1100GS. Any ways it has come unstuck so everytime I use the key to unlock the cap it comes off. What is the best stuff to glue it back on with? Any ideas.

silicone sealant will stick rubber to just about anything , use clear though
