Have been looking over the xc to work out what tools i need to carry for everyday trail riding and as far as i can work out all i need is:
3,4,5,6mm Allen Keys
8,10,13mm open ended spanners
26mm socket or spanner
slot and X screwdriver
Spark plug spanner (havent measured that yet)
i reckon thats enough for wheel removal, chain adjustment, gear change pedal adjustment, brake pedal, brake/clutch lever replacement, lever/barkbuster clamp re-alignment, panel removal.
am i missing anything XC specific tool wise ?
i.e. not including my usual spares such as spare tubes, inner tube valve remover, duck tape, zip ties, spark plug, levers, clutch and throttle cables, tow rope, fuses, pump, puncture repair kit, wire, electrical connectors, wd40, tyre levers, rim protectors, bead buddy, chain breaker/press, chain link, latex gloves and a rag ????
