Try the market, most towns have got one .- I got a Hi-Viz bomber style with scotch-brite reflective stripes, warmish liner (goes over normal bike jacket) and keeps the water out - Ten quid!

Even has a pocket at the back for small items. Unless your 10 stone get the XL size ir it wont fit over your jacket as there small to size
