What type of socket is this?

It's on a USB interface card for my multi-track recorder. I've never seen anything like it before. Any ideas where I can get a USB cable to fit?

its the same connection as i've got on me cable modem unfortunately dunno what the connectors called

it's an upstream USB connector. sometimes used on USB leads that's feed to hubs etc.

should be freely available from maplins, pissy world etc.

It's a type B connector - if you get stuck I've got a couple gathering dust.

B&Q - £1.99 for the whole cable - but its white with a standard usb plug on t'other end , if i remember rightly ?
