What was happening Saturday?

There i was bimbling along up to MK from Basingstoke, up the M3 M25 M1, between 12:30 and 13:30 I must have seen 10 GS's going in the opposite direction

Did I miss something, or is that normal on a sunny Saturday in the SE

It was a sunny day so obviously most of the GS's were 1150's, the riders trying to get one last ride in before the rains start
