a new model 1200 rallye, can't wait to see that .

OK, tried several lines today and nowt, not a sniff of 'Rallye' but there was a hint of 'Alpine', a special edition GS for early 2012, that's all I could find......
Oh, and a new bike to the BMW range tba......

When I saw the thread title I thought you guys were going to have a 1200 only event.

I was imagining a field of twat suited riders on over blinged, mainly low mileage, shiny bikes displaying the entire contents of the touratech catalogue.

All these variations on a theme are pretty much the lead-up to the new model and a really good way for BMW to get markets for what most people will know is to become the "outgoing" model.

Red frame is a bit brave but if you look at the history of German styling, they really like odd mixtures of primary colours on their machines.

(actually, looking at old pictures of old WWI and WWII German warplanes, they did like their whacky colour schemes then).
