luftkopf = airhead = a BM boxer twin cooled by air flowing over the barrels and cylinder heads
OILhead = pretty much the same as above but have an oil cooler built into thier standard design to aid the cooling process
hexhead all new boxer 1200's have this nickname due to the shape of the rocker cover

I guess that's a "Wet Head" - being water cooled
