Can anyone identify the hose arrowed, and do you know what it's function is

If they are the ones marked '11' on here it looks like they are two vent lines which would be needed for any kind of vacuum pump

Well, I do have two out of the filler neck which I assume are overflows for fuel or water..

Well, I do have two out of the filler neck which I assume are overflows for fuel or water..

2004, right side of the tank under the quick release side panel. The brass union in the picture will not be there, it's for an auxiliary fuel tank.
