Hi all

Being an airhead I don't normally post in this forum, but a friend of mine (a non GS club member) is about to put his bike in auto trader and was asking how much he should advertise it for. There's a big range of prices in auto trader and I had no idea, but said I would ask the cognoscenti on here for advice. So, max and min prices please for yellow 04 1200GS with 3000 miles - and is it likely to sell easily or stick around a while.

Part Exchange £6,545

You want to take off about £400 for Non ABS

There are people on ebay trying to sell 04 bikes at starting prices in excess of £7000 and I bet their wondering why no one's bid on them
