Done 200 miles today first time out with the wife all fine the screen is great and cymarc stop it from vibrating so much.all in all a great day.roads around Ludlow fabulous
I also have the add on wuderlich. As you'd expect it's extremely well made. It does what it says and directs the wind over your head. I actually have it flipped down most of the time and it still does a good job. Only issue is the curved design distorts the light when flipped up and I don't like looking through it and if you keep flipping it up and down, by that I mean 3-4 times, then it gets lose so you need to carry an allen key with you. Have a look on my video you can see it on the bike. https://youtu.be/2XrNWsiRfC4
I use the light tinted slip screen, it's a tiny bit taller in the centre and you won't need any reinforcing brackets. I got mine in the 'for sale' section here but I've seen them on ebay for about £60.
Useful info. - thanks to all.
My wife has the 1200GS LC and, as I sit tall, the screen is bloody useless for me.
If she keeps it I'll maybe have to copy some changes done here.
I use the puig touring screen, and the wunderlich 'side flaps' and the screen support. I am 183 cm tall. (Almost 6 foot I think). And I have never been able to ride with visor open on the highway, but with this setup, I can hear the wife on the intercom at 150 km/h 90 mph. With the visor open. For me this is perfect.
I also recently tried putting a wunderlich marathon back on the bike, this was not working for me.
