What's the diameter of tubing on a PD rear rack?

Following on from the top box thred can anyone confirm the diameter of the tubing used for the full size rear rack on a PD?

Yes I know I have one but want to confirm the figures from someone more knowledgeably in these things?

Looking for the outer and crosspiece diameters.

Looking for the outer and crosspiece diameters.

From the seat going back the cross pices are 15, 15 and then 18mm, the back most one. Outer diameters are 15mm for the upper and 18mm for the lower. The lower one then becomes the rear most cross piece.
