Whats the year?

A question about the R1150GS rear suspension for those knowledgeable tossers amongst you. Ive got a largely unused TechnoFlex rear suspension unit with remote reservoir etc that comes off an R1150GS. However I dont know what year. The top bush is only .860 inches wide (22mm approx). Later units were wider( 31mm approx) I feel it might be off a 2002 model. Can any one confirm the year for me please? Unit will be going on flea bay at some time so I want to describe it accurately

AFAIK the 1100 and 1150 had the same top mount, it was the bottom one that changed between the 1100 and 1150. Never knew that they changed the upper mount
