That sort of feedback to me means "I can't be bothered to return the useless junk and pay even more because I'll pay for the postage, so I'll add to my +ve feedback by adding a neutral comment".

I bought one of these and it DID make a difference on my 1100. Definately runs better, more responsive all the way through the rev range. I also fitted one to another 1150 and he said exactly the same that there is definately a difference.
