Found it on a German website , it's called a ' ticker killer' ??? Anyone know what it does ?

An adjuster by means of ball, which one can adjust easily, the play from the wave gets. This is installed instead of the Kaeppchens on the right side, is korrossionsfrei, functions and looks super. The Klackern disappears. One saves thereby the purchase of a new butterfly valve.
