A surprisingly nice bottle of The Black Grouse, Xmas pressie and a new one to me. Wee peaty flavour off it, not bad for a blended Scotch

Started on Plymouth and tonic, then on to a Meursault. After that, there was a brief interlude of Rioja before hitting the cheese course and an LBV Fonseca. My head's going to hurt a bit tomorrow, despite now slinging water down my neck like there's a fire.

+1, cant stand the normal grouse,(unless forced) but the black one's good.
also got a bottle of J+B Rare that i'd never tried before an it's really good too
