Whats your 1200 GSA spec

Mines gonna be as follows:

ABS for when im late in braking
Heated grips for my aching hands
Computer to confuse me
Road tyres, thats where im most likely to travel
Chrome exhaust bits
and 3 big ali boxes if they ever deliver them

ooh and a rusting crash bar cos theyre standard equipment now

I'm going to wait at least a year before considering looking at a GSA.

Reason: Soooo many things went wrong with my 04 12GS - an early one - that I'm not prepared to be a BMW product tester any longer, so I'll wait until the "niggles" (ie faults) are taken care of with a later release.


I would rather get from A to B without things breaking repeatedly.

Nothing gone wrong with my 06 GS. There are a lot of visible mods from 04.

funny how when the dealer says, well sir its only an extra xxx quid it all makes sense

due last week of june, 2 weeks after :jamie which is a shame cos i was lookin forward to a 2am ive gone into labour call followed by a nice early blast on the roads!!
