Yep definatly a tiger cub, I had quite a few in the 70's.

Not sure on the frame on that one though could be a special of some kind, then again its more than 25 years since I had one so the mind may be playing tricks

The Tiger cub engine in a BSA Bantam frame was popular for a while.
