Was hoping to acquire a 2nd set of wheels mine have pressure sensors are these wheels any different to ones that dont?

The wheels are the same but I think they will only fit 2008 bikes and later plus they have to be set up to the OBC by a dealer.

Why do you need second pair of wheels and why do you need the pressure sensors?
I ask as I have a second pair that I keep knobblies on for off roading. These don't have pressure sensors and it doesn't really bother me.

Garry at Balderstons told me the sensors are straight off BMW cars anyway - and when they set them up on the computer they read front left & front right !
You can buy them for your wheels, but they are around £85 each
Like Windychuffer said - why bother ? - apart from the fact you'll have a sensor fault showing all the time, unless you get your dealer to switch it off

I guess I can just do without the pressure senors when I fit the off road set,will wheels from an 06 fit a 2011 bike OK?
