Hello All

To all here is a question, may seam silly, been offered a set off wheels from a 1100 will they fit a 1150? :D

:aidan

do you know what year the 1100 was?

early rims are a right pig to keep clean... though it matters little if the wheels are for rufty tufty off roading and that.

mud adds character I guess.

They'll fit - but it depends on what you have on your 1150 - if it's servo brakes, the abs rings are different, and mounted in different places on the wheel.

Fitting early abs rings will give abs problems, the warning lights have a tendency to start flashing when you reach 50mph plus.

My Beasty is non- ABS & non- ABS, so should be ok with anything, only going to be used for a set off knobblies for the winter :augie then pos some summer off road fun :D

Me Again. . . .

Got the wheels. Well I just have to wait for the nice Mr. Postie to deliver them :D

Want to put something good on them for the winter, would like something with a bit off bite in them  Will be 50% off road, its either sand, gravel or mud round here. Wont be doing the mud bit unless I have to :eek. So all replies well come. :thumb
Will be looking to put some good road rubber on the other rims. :green gri
