When did BMW start using C-Change liners.

I’m looking for a secondhand pair of Rallye trews in size 56 but I’m keen for them to have the C-Change liner as it’s far more comfortable than the Gore-Tex liner, the newer trews also have a Velcro adjustable closure on the ankle cuffs which stops the wind blowing up my leg, I’m currently riding with Rallye 2 pro trews.

When didn’t BMW start using this liner / what model of trews etc?
