Where do you keep yours (Toll badge that is)

I thought it was a scam but the first email just said you need to login and add some money, which I did within an hour of receiving the email but I've not been able to log in to my account since.

I sent them two emails but never got a reply other than an automated one again asking for money. Stuff them, a nice to have not a need.
I too thought it was a scam but it isn't. well, it is, but it isn't, if you see what I mean.

BTW, I just got a very short email from the guy I spoke to on the call earlier today. It's simply an email link to send my problems to. I'll not hold my breath.
If you have a Klim jacket , put into the small wrist (medical id) pocket on the left sleeve. Otherwise buy a security (doorman) type arm band pocket.

However, the tank cubby on the GSA should be fine too.
It's not the device, that worked well. It's the billing and invoicing they are crap at.

I've had the same problem with FULLI. The problem is that some UK banks don't accept requests from European banks for regular payments, like Direct Debits. Its a Brexit benefit. So when FULLI ask for payment, the bank have no authority to pay it, even though the IBAN number is supplied. When I've received notification of non-payment, there is an option to pay by credit card, which I did. However the next visit to France, the badge wouldn't work, because the bill hadn't been paid - it had and I had an email from FULLI, confirming it had. Another toll tag provider ULYS, produce a direct debit mandate, which they ask the customer to send to their bank. First Direct (HSBC) won't accept Direct Debit mandates from Overseas banks. Barclays Bank seem to accept the payment requests and other advice suggests opening a WISE account, which is based in mainland Europe.

A complete fuck up then! HSBC told me on the phone, they have not had a request from Fulli and have therefore never refused one for my account. There is/was an option to pay by credit card but, I'm not paying an extra E161 (150 + 11) because the cock up is between the respective banks.

I do have a Wise account, maybe that's the answer.
