Last report David took 'valerie' to Snetterton. No problems reported.
Yes, valerie and I left Mrs Gibson and these fair shores behind and had a great 1000 miles together to and from Snetterton.
Richie - fear not, I did indeed register on xrv because I couldn't search for fitting crash bars (no jokes please) to an 09 bike without registering. My heart still belongs here at ukgser
I met a poor fella waiting on the Belfast ferry from Stranraer on a BMW with oil on his rear wheel... I looked at the honda's chain and breathed easy ;o)

1500 miles up now.
Really loving it. Had the crash bars fitted last night. Just need to get the proper panniers on this weekend.
Will have to do a wee photo and first impressions thread soon....

how do you feel david, knowing that every time you go out on your bike, there's ukgser surveillance all over you now?
there are poor sods all over the country now, riding varadildo's wondering why everyone is gawking at them. it's never happened before, why all of a sudden - they are wondering - are they the interest of the motorcycling community in our land?
