Where is the best place to buy good / genuine batteries for a Garmin Zumo 660 and a Samsung Galaxy Note 2?

I've searched Amazon and eBay but when I read some customer views the marketplace seems flooded with inferior fakes.

It appears buying from Amazon is risky.

Any recommendations?
