Where to get seat recovered in/near London or by mail order?

I have a 2010 GSA. Gets ridden everyday, rain or shine. Already the grey bits on the seat are knackered after 5,000 miles. Don't want to go to the expense of a new seat, but want it to look as close as possible to the original in looks.

Any suggestions for where to go?

Also, since i need the bike for commuting, any idea how long it might take (or - long shot - while you wait)?

Surely a seat should last more than 12 months and 5000 miles,i ride mine everyday all wethers and it has nearer 9000 miles and is still as new, ide be having a word with the dealer!

Bought it in November, so it some way short of 12 months old. Makes it even worse!

I contacted BMW and experienced their usual world class BMW customer service. Hence my reason for asking.

Had mine re-shaped, Gel pads, and re-trimmed in factory look vinyl but slightly different colours, looks like the original seat not some after market basket weave king and queen lookalike, top job and all day comfy

What do you mean by "knackered"?

Material worn out? (Hard to believe)

Dirty? Scratched from getting yer leg over? (Most likely)
