Yes, that was the easy one.
For those of a certain hue, there is a link between the two photos.
Scarva should be the clue as to the whereabouts of the second photo.
The view is a bridge over a disused millrace, which is another clue.

Was just a guess based on a possible link with the canal, 50 k south of Omeath, no idea of whats there. Mind you that museum looks like it should be in a museum itself
 
On the Boyne River.

Go to the bottom of Slane hill. Stop at the traffic lights before the Boyne.
When you leave the lights fork left into the old mill, and it is the first building on the right.
There is now a hotel in the Mill Grounds.
