Where's MS Outlook for the 2nd user of my PC?

My home PC uses Windows XP HE and I've recently upgraded to MS Office 2007.

All is well on my side of the PC, but SWMBO is a second user and I can't find MS Outlook anywhere on her account. How do I get it loaded on her side?

This should be easy, and I've only had a few moment to look, but it's got me foxed for the moment!

My Outlook 2007 shortcut is...

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\OUTLOOK.EXE" /recycle

Under her account - try running that from "Start/Run" ?
