which 2 man tent fits in left hand 1200gs pannier?

What is it?? I have a North face BullFrog which is one up from the tadpole. I will be taking this one to Holland next week however the porch is small. I nearly bought a Vango Gamma350 yesterday as the had them on offer at £50.

Tadpole 23 went diagonally in the 1200GS vario topbox, but I don't think it'd go in the left pannier.

Just bought a Coleman Avior X2 Tent from wildday.com 40 x 15cm and weighs2.45kg fits in the bottom of left hand pannier 1200GSA £79.99

Exped Orion

I had a Northface starburst tadpole tent for many years. Replaced it with an exped orion, a tent with much space, but small pack size. I believe it should fit.

I've used a Hilleberg Nallo 3 for the past 10 years, I swear by it. But my Thermorest matress is the limiting factor in terms of width, it's 53 cm wide I think. I stuff it and my tent in an Ortlieb bag and bungee it to the pillion seat. Works a treat.

You can get a Thermarest to fit: I forget the model, but mine folds in half lengthways before being rolled - makes it a quite thick 'roll', but half the 'length' of the usual ones.

I seem to remember seeing that the poles on the North Face Tadpole are quite long...i looked at a North Face Particle 1 man and they were about 55cm long.

Have you looked at the Vango Spirit 200 TBS, or the Terra Nova Laserlarge 1 or 2 - the Terra novas are very ligt and spacious but again not sure of the pole length when packed.

Vango 200 definitely does, that's what I use. I thought mine is a Storm though but it is a tension band tent.
