Which baglux bag to get for my gs ?

having ordered a harness I thought it a good idea to get the expert opinion as to which bag to get? I only want a smallish bag ie: less than 15 litres. I used to use a 12litre shibuya on my mille which was a 'flat bottomed' bag, will this be ok on the GS, or should I get one of the 'trail' pack type bags with the more angular base? Oh and if it makes any differencr, its a 30litre tanked Adv.

I bought an alpha bag from another ukgser and it is pretty good. so far have not had the need to fill it right up. But it doesn´t seem to get in the way at all.

I BOUGHT A HARNESS FOR MY 1150GS AT THE NEC AND FOUND THEM VERY HELPFUL I BOUGHT A ALPHA BAG WHICH IS 30 - 40 LTS ONE THING HE DID SAY TO ME WAS TO STEAR AWAY FROM BAGS WITH THE POCKET ON THE BACK IE: SPORTS BIKE TYPE BAGS BECAUSE ON THE GS THE BAG SITS BACK FURTHER BECAUSE OF THE SWING ON THE HANDLEBARS HOPE THIS IS OF SOME HELP.

I got an Alpha Bag as I do a lot of touring in far north of Scotland, great capacity etc Only thing is, when you are turning at walking pace on full lock it touches the horn button and scares passers buy, sheep, cows etc. Other than that first class, unclips easily and neat piece of kit for walking into hotels etc. Mine sits on my black GSAdv with 30 ltr tank.

30litres is the max expanded size

15l would be about right for the compressed size.

I got the Athena as it was the only one in stock that matched the tank cover.
Similar to the Alpha but I find the 2 little side pockets very handy.
Biggest problem is it hits the horn button at full lock, which makes you look a prat when you're getting in and out of parking spaces

yep the prat factor is a pain in the arse, but still, its a good bag.
